Questions?

Call 1-509-924-8112

Greenacres is an east-Spokane suburb located about 300 miles east of Seattle and about 20 miles west of the Idaho border off Interstate 90 in the heart of area called the “Inland Empire.”  The surrounding Spokane area is well-known for its beautiful outdoor life and wonderful scenery.

Icelandic Horse Acres, Inc is located in Greenacres, among the lovely rolling hills, 16 miles east of downtown Spokane.  The farm has easy access to I-90.  Out-of-state visitors have the convenience of flying into Spokane International Airport, where they can find lodging at the Comfort Inn (509-924-3838) or the Double Tree Inn (509-924-9000). Those with motor homes and campers will be pleased to know that there is a KOA Campground (509-924-4722) nearby.  You can also call the Spokane Chamber of Commerce (509-624-1393) for more visitor information.  We invite you to come and visit Icelandic Horse Acres in the heart of the Inland Empire.  You will be glad you visited us!  For more information please call Icelandic Horse Acres  (509-924-8112). We look forward to serving you!

Gift Wrapping, Autographing and Personal Inscription

Payments

Payment in full must accompany all orders. Please make checks or money orders payable to Whispering Pine Press please do not send cash. If you are using MasterCard, VISA, or Discover, please be sure to include your account number, expiration date, and signature.

Postage and Handling

Orders that do not include postage and handling will be processed, but will not ship until postage and handling charges are paid in full. We will notify you of any shortage or errors in calculation the same day your order is received.

Return Policy

Notice of shortage or non-receipt must be made within 30 days of the shipping/invoice date for domestic shipments, 60 days for foreign. Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Whispering Pine Press. Please make claims to the carrier, which is either the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Services, or Fed Ex. Please save entire shipping carton, invoice and label.

Returns must be accompanied by your packing slip listing the quantity, title, author, original invoice number, and invoice date. Books returned with this information will be credited 100% of the invoice price, minus shipping. To qualify for a refund, returned books must arrive in good, resalable condition. Books with personal inscriptions and autographs are not considered resalable. To package the books so that they will survive the trip, we suggest that you wrap them in the same wrap you received when they were sent to you. There are two important steps in successful book packaging: Keep them clean and immobilize them.  If the original carton is misplaced place the stacked books in a plastic bag (this will prevent packing material from creeping between the pages), place in an appropriate sized box, pack with shredded newspaper or Styrofoam peanuts, place original invoice along with request. We thank you for following the above directions. We do appreciate your business and look forward to serving you.
